The night supplement applies only to that leg's basic transfer fare, not to waiting charges. For a return booking, each leg is calculated separately.

Where we can take you
The fixed fare covers common central-city hotel areas, not every address across Chongqing's urban districts. Send your exact address for confirmation. More distant addresses and extra stops require a separate quotation before payment.
Clear arrangements, before you travel
Flight delays and meeting your driver
We track your flight's actual arrival and adjust pickup without a flight-delay adjustment fee. If a delay moves the pickup into the night period, we do not retrospectively add a night supplement. Airport waiting is counted from actual landing. Your arrivals exit and driver contact are confirmed in advance. Flight cancellations require a separate review of arrangements.
Waiting time
Airport pickup includes 90 minutes from actual landing. Hotel pickup includes 30 minutes from the agreed pickup time. After this, each started 30-minute block costs ¥50 for the private car or ¥100 for the wide-seat vehicle. Elias will try to contact you if you cannot be reached; the free-waiting limit alone does not automatically make you a no-show. Contact and driver-departure arrangements are confirmed before payment.
Booking, payment and return journeys
Request at least 12 hours ahead. For shorter notice, ask Elias first; a vehicle is not guaranteed. Elias confirms and arranges the transfer, then collects full payment in advance. Return journeys can be on different dates and use different central-city addresses, subject to coverage confirmation. This request is not an instant booking and no payment is taken on this page.
Cancellation and changes
For each leg, cancellation at least 24 hours before the agreed pickup time is free. Cancellation with less notice or a confirmed no-show is charged the full fare for that leg. Changes at least 24 hours ahead are free, subject to vehicle availability. For later changes, availability and any fee must be agreed first. Flight delays are handled separately under our flight-delay policy.
Children, luggage and service
Children count as passengers. Child safety seats are not currently provided; tell Elias before booking if you need one so a suitable arrangement can be checked. Include the number and size of your bags, plus any bulky items. Luggage capacity is confirmed per request. This is transport with a Mandarin-speaking driver, not an English-guided tour.
